When can I expect to receive the subscription?Â
The first delivery and once off orders are sent within 2 days of the purchase. Repeat subscriptions are sent out on the 15th and 1st of every month.
If I have a subscription, can I choose my product every month?
No can do. We plan our subscription deliveries months in advance for each category to get gifts delivered on time. The surprise adds to the experience of receiving a gift in the mail.
Do the subscriptions automatically renew?
The subscription will automatically be deducted from your account at the frequency (monthly/bi-monthly/quaterly) selected. But, you can cancel the subscription any time.
Can I purchase a gift or subscription for someone else?
Absolutely! Remind that special someone that you are thinking of them with a surprise delivery and note. Simply fill in the recipients address and name in the supplied section during checkout.
Are all the products sourced from Canadian companies?
Subscribe Gifts makes every reasonable effort to provide local suppliers with the opportunity to fulfill stock for our categories. We will only consider supplying an internationally sourced product if the quality standards are met, the product is ethically sourced, and it is not available in Canada at a fair rate.
